- Extension Appointments
- Deposit: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all extension services to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your service total.
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- Consultation Fees
- Alopecia / Hair Loss Consultations: A $25 non-refundable fee applies to all alopecia and hair loss consultations.
- Extension Corrections: If you require correction for an extension done by another stylist, a fee starting at $85 will apply, depending on the extent of repairs.
- Payment Details
- Deposits: We accept deposits via Zelle and Venmo for your convenience.
- Late Arrivals
- Impact on Appointments: If you are running late, please inform us at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may affect your appointment and subsequent clients.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to notify within this period will incur a $35 fee, applied to your next appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
